01Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over; younger users may use M-Kristo with a parent or guardian.

02Using M-Kristo

M-Kristo is offered for personal, non-commercial devotional use. Please do not misuse the service: do not attempt to access other people’s accounts, interfere with our systems, scrape content in bulk, or use M-Kristo to harass others or share unlawful material.

03Premium subscriptions

Some content and features require M-Kristo Premium. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to that account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use “Restore purchases” to unlock Premium on a new device.

04Scripture and content

The King James Version and World English Bible are in the public domain. Neno: Bibilia Takatifu (Open Kiswahili Contemporary Version) is © Biblica, Inc. and used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence.

Prayers, hymns, novenas, courses, books, artwork and design in M-Kristo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may share verses and Verse Studio images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

05Your content

Your journal entries and notes belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so that we can provide the service to you, such as syncing them between your devices.

06Shops and third parties

The Shops directory lists Christian bookshops and stores operated by independent third parties. We do not sell their products and are not a party to any purchase you make from them. Links to other websites and services are provided for convenience.

07Spiritual content is not professional advice

M-Kristo supports prayer and reflection. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or danger, please contact local emergency services or a trusted pastor or counsellor.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep M-Kristo available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. We may update, add or remove features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you before they take effect.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of M-Kristo. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10Ending your use

You may stop using M-Kristo and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live.
